About us

We are a consultancy, not a platform, not an agency, not a tool.

We bring structure and execution to sustainability. Therese Blau supports companies in turning sustainability into clear priorities, aligned teams and consistent execution, combining strategic thinking with hands-on implementation.

Who we are

Therese Blau stands for clarity, courage and cooperation.

We help companies navigate sustainability without getting lost in complexity. By bridging the gap between strategy and execution, we turn sustainability from an overwhelming challenge into a structured, practical and business-relevant journey.

Bridges between places, cultures and people.

The name Therese Blau reflects both our personal story and the way we work.

Therese is our daughter's middle name. She was named after a remarkable woman who helped shape one of Munich's largest breweries of her time. Her courage, integrity and entrepreneurial spirit inspired us. These are values we hope will guide both our daughter and our business.

Blau, the German and Mallorcan word for blue, connects our two homes. It represents the Mediterranean Sea of Mallorca, where Therese Blau was founded, and the blue-and-white skies of our German roots.

Together, the name symbolizes what we believe in:

  • Clarity in times of complexity
  • Courage to embrace change and take responsibility
  • Collaboration across teams, functions and cultures
  • Bridging worlds, between strategy and execution, sustainability and business performance, local realities and global challenges

Therese Blau was created to help organizations move forward with confidence, structure and purpose. The name reminds us every day why we do what we do: to build bridges between people, ideas and action.
